We are a born-again Christian retreat — built quietly, prayed over carefully, and given back to the Father.
The Meaning
What 'Peniel' means.
In Hebrew, Peniel means face of God. It's the name Jacob gave the place where he wrestled an angel through the night and refused to let go until he was blessed. He walked away with a limp — and a new name.
We believe God still meets people who refuse to let go. So we built a place where you can come away from the noise, set down your striving, and let Him do what only He can do.
What We Believe

Scripture
The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God — our only rule for faith and practice.
Jesus
Born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, crucified, risen, and reigning. There is salvation in no other name.
The Spirit
The Holy Spirit indwells every believer, sanctifies, empowers, gifts, and leads us into all truth.
The Church
One body, many members. We belong to one another and to Christ, our Head.
The Return
Jesus is coming back. We live ready, awake, and unashamed of the gospel.
